Every piece of furniture we sell is part of a circular system, thanks to our commitment to retrieving it at the end of its life. Here's how our take-back program works:

  1. You Enjoy Our Furniture: You purchase a durable, high-quality chair or table from Wehlers, knowing it's made from recycled materials like fishing nets and e-waste.

  2. The End of its First Life: When you no longer need the furniture, simply contact us. We will arrange for it to be picked up, free of charge.

  3. Repair, Refurbish, or Recycle: Once the item is back with us, we assess its condition.

    • Repair & Refurbish: If the piece is in good shape, we will clean and repair it to be re-sold, giving it a new life and a new home.

    • Dismantle & Recycle: If the furniture is beyond repair, we will take it apart. Our design for disassembly allows us to easily separate the different materials, such as our unique Pharmalit composite or recycled plastics. We then recycle these components, turning them into raw materials for the next generation of Wehlers furniture.
